SiGRÚN released her two debut EP’s Hringsjá and Tog in 2016 and has since then been further developing her sound. Her work is based around experimental electronic music, both urgent and compelling. As described in the Rolling Stone “at once earthier and even more alien”.
Her latest release is out in May 2018 and is flavoured with eager industrial beats carrying bursts of savoury melodies.
Sigrún is a composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist who has also been noted for her work touring with artists such as Björk, Florence and the Machine, and Sigurrós.
